Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda is a family owned and operated business serving the Portland Metro area since 2005. Parker's relationship with Honda began in 1985 when he was hired as the lead driver for a privateer team competing in the IMSA Firehawk Series. Honda hired him as their full-time race and development driver the following season. During his 12 years with Honda, he won seven professional championship titles, set an all-time world sports car record for 14 consecutive pole positions, and collected the most victories (54) in sports car history. After retiring from IndyCar racing in 1997, he remained involved in the sport, working as a color analyst commentator for ABC/ESPN's coverage of IndyCar/CART racing, and then as a technical pit analyst for the NHRA. In 2005, Parker left broadcasting to oversee and operate Wilsonville Honda, where several of his historically significant race cars are now displayed. Wilsonville Honda is the only car dealership which Parker owns, and this focused attention on a single location makes the dealership uniquely customer-oriented. We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for every person who comes through our doors. Our numerous awards for customer service reflect this dedication: we are the most-recognized President's Award winner in the Portland Metro area for exceptional customer service in Sales, Service, and Parts, and one of the highest rated Honda dealers on sites such as Yelp, Google, Dealer Rater, and more. Our Service Department is a Fixed First Visit award winner and a national leader in Service Retention, meaning more new car owners return to Wilsonville Honda for service than to any other car dealer in the United States.
